After establishing a successful retail presence through their own store and high street resellers, LIGA launched an e-commerce website to provide a D2C channel alongside their existing sales channels. Dependant on results and proving it’s a channel that can work, the brand would look to expand the D2C programme with a view to decrease its reliance on resellers.
Supercharged the business operations by implementing a successful D2C programme, starting with a three month pilot programme to deliver performance in the digital sales channel. Activating a combination of tactics to help deliver the overall goal: increase awareness of the brand within organic and paid social, build presence of brand in the demand platform of Google Search, activation across intent channels Google Shopping, convert previous interest on the website through retargeting and copy creation for ads to improve conversion.
Through a clear strategy that focused on building awareness and consideration first; followed by an optimised conversion strategy, we were able to show LIGA the value of digital advertising and D2C marketing.
